UEENEEG105A - Capstone Electrotechnology 2021

The cable is a V90 multicore which normal temp is 75 degrees, but in the answer sheet it has used the value in table 42 from the 90 degrees column. Is this correct, as in part B of the question the cable is also a V90 but uses 75 degrees?
